AI Bathroom Design

Redesign your bathroom from a photo (tiles, vanity, fixtures) while keeping the layout.

What AI can change in a bathroom, and what it should not

Bathrooms are the room where "keep the layout" matters most. Moving a toilet or shower drain means breaking the floor, so a realistic redesign keeps every fixture where it is and changes the surfaces around them: wall and floor tiles, the vanity front, mirror shape, lighting temperature, towels and hardware.

That is exactly how this tool treats your photo. Upload a bathroom and the render keeps the tub, toilet, vanity and window in place while re-tiling, re-lighting and re-styling around them. In our showcase render, a plain white bathroom became a charcoal spa look with the plumbing untouched. A preview you cannot build is just a pretty picture.

Why preview before you re-tile

A mid-range bathroom remodel typically runs $8,000–$25,000, and tile is the decision people regret most: a 10 cm sample square in a showroom tells you almost nothing about how a whole wall of it reads under your actual light.

Rendering your own bathroom in three or four tile directions costs a few credits and thirty seconds each. Landlords use the same trick before refreshing a rental, and agents render a dated bathroom to show buyers what the space could be, without committing to a single tile.

Who uses AI bathroom design

Homeowners

Settle the tile debate before ordering samples. Render three directions on your own bathroom, live with them for a weekend, then order one set of samples instead of five.

Landlords & agents

A dated bathroom drags a listing down. Render the refreshed version next to the photo to show buyers and tenants the potential without spending on staging.

Bathroom fitters

Clients struggle to imagine outcomes from swatches. Send a render of their actual bathroom with your proposed tiles. Quotes convert better when the client has already seen the result.

Getting a better bathroom render

Shoot from the doorway

Bathrooms are tight; the doorway corner captures tub, vanity and floor in one frame, which gives the AI the full layout to preserve.

Try one dark direction

Deep tones photograph dramatically in bathrooms. Our Deep shades palette row (Charcoal, Ink Navy) exists for exactly this experiment.

Use area editing for a single wall

Want to test a feature wall behind the vanity only? Brush over it and everything else stays pixel-identical. Costs 1 extra credit.

Bathroom design questions

Will the render move my plumbing?

No. The tool is instructed to keep tub, toilet, vanity, window and drains exactly where they are. Renders that require re-plumbing are previews you cannot afford to build, so we prevent them.

Can it show different tile colours accurately?

Yes. Colour is measurable. In our accuracy test a requested hex rendered within 1.3% of target. Pick from 24 named tones or describe a tile in the notes field.

Does it work on small or windowless bathrooms?

Yes. Small rooms actually render faster to judge because one frame captures everything. For windowless bathrooms the lighting change is usually the biggest visible win.

Is this a remodel quote?

No. It is a visual preview to decide direction before you talk to a fitter. Bring the render to your contractor as a brief; it communicates better than tile samples.
