In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Innomatrix Limited. "You" means the person using the service.

By creating an account or using RoomMakeover, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

RoomMakeover generates redesigned images of interior spaces from photographs you upload. You choose a style, a level of change, and optionally an area of the photo to edit. The service returns a rendered image.

The output is a visual preview. It is not architectural advice, a structural survey, a building plan, or a quotation. Renders do not account for plumbing, wiring, load-bearing walls, ventilation, building regulations, or planning permission. Do not rely on a render as the basis for construction work. Consult a qualified professional before making structural or financial commitments.

Your account

You need an account to generate images. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. One person may not operate multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.

Credits and payment

The service runs on credits.

• A standard render costs 2 credits.
• Area editing (masking part of the photo) costs 1 additional credit.
• Each extra reference photo in the same render costs 1 additional credit.
• New accounts receive 6 credits on signup, which is 3 standard renders.
• A render that fails costs nothing. Credits are only deducted for a completed image.

Credits can be bought as one-time packs or as part of a monthly or annual plan. Current prices are on the pricing page. Credits from one-time packs do not expire. Credits included with a web subscription are delivered at the start of each billing period and are valid until that period ends: 30 days for monthly plans, 12 months for annual plans. Unused subscription credits lapse when the period ends and do not carry over. Cancelling stops future charges; credits already delivered stay usable until the end of the paid period.

We may change prices. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals, never retroactively to credits you already hold.

Photos you upload

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant us permission to process them for the purpose of producing your renders, which includes sending them to our image generation provider.

You confirm that you have the right to upload each photo, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not upload photographs of people, images you do not have permission to use, or content that is unlawful.

Images the service generates

Renders produced from your photos are yours. You may use them personally or commercially: in property listings, client proposals, contractor briefs, or anywhere else.

We make no claim of ownership over your renders. Because AI systems can produce similar outputs for different users, we cannot guarantee that a render is unique, and we cannot guarantee that it is eligible for copyright protection in your jurisdiction.

We may use aggregate, non-identifying information about how the service is used to improve it. We do not publish your photos or renders, and we do not use them in marketing without your explicit permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service, circumvent credit limits, resell access, or interfere with its operation.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, we will explain why, and unused credits will be refunded as described in our refund policy unless the breach involves fraud.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party infrastructure and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.

AI image generation is probabilistic. Two renders with identical settings can differ, and a render may not match your expectation. This is a property of the technology, not a fault, and it is why the first three renders are free: try the service before paying for it.

Refunds

Refunds are covered in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your renders from the Tasks page. You can cancel a subscription from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, lost data, or costs arising from decisions you made based on a render.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify registered users by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

iOS subscriptions and credit packs

The iOS app offers optional auto-renewable RoomMakeover Pro plans: Monthly includes 200 credits per paid monthly period, and Annual includes 2,400 credits delivered together at purchase and each paid annual renewal. Each standard design costs 2 credits. Subscription credits are valid until the end of the billing period they were delivered for, as shown in your Apple subscription; unused subscription credits lapse when that period ends and do not carry over. One-time credit packs remain available and never expire. Prices and billing periods are shown in your local currency before purchase; your Apple purchase confirmation is authoritative.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through the app's Manage subscriptions link or your App Store subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals; credits already delivered stay usable until the end of the current paid period. No additional credits are granted for a failed renewal until payment succeeds. Refunds and revocations remove unused credits from the affected purchase. Apple purchase refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your RoomMakeover account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel your subscription in Apple's settings before deleting your account if you do not want further renewals. Restore purchases while signed in to the same RoomMakeover account used for the original purchase. Apple subscriptions are not shared with family members. Android subscriptions and credit packs

Google Play offers RoomMakeover Pro Monthly with 200 credits per paid month and Pro Annual with 2,400 credits delivered together at purchase and each paid annual renewal. Each standard design uses 2 credits. Subscription credits are valid until the end of the billing period they were delivered for; unused subscription credits lapse when that period ends and do not carry over. There is no free trial. Only active Pro subscribers can purchase the additional 100, 300 or 800 credit packs, and pack credits never expire. The price, currency and billing period shown in the Google Play purchase confirmation apply.

Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel in Google Play before renewal. Use Manage subscriptions in the app or Google Play subscription settings to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; credits already delivered stay usable until the end of the current paid period. A pending or failed payment does not grant credits. Refunds and revocations remove unused credits from the affected purchase. Google Play handles Android purchase refunds under its refund process.

Purchases are linked to the RoomMakeover account used at checkout. Sign in to that same account to restore them. Deleting your RoomMakeover account does not cancel your Google Play subscription; cancel it separately first to prevent further renewal charges.
