Delete your RoomMakeover account

RoomMakeover is provided by Innomatrix Limited. You can request account deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.

Request deletion by email

Email support@roommakeover.io from the email address associated with your RoomMakeover account, with the subject RoomMakeover account deletion. Tell us that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Do not send your password or payment card information. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before acting on the request.

We complete deletion within 30 days after verifying the request. You can also request deletion of specific uploaded photos or generated results without closing your account; identify the items in your email.

Delete from the Android or iOS app

Open Settings, sign in to the account you want to remove, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. Deletion removes your account access, uploaded room photos and generated images under our retention policy, and clears this device's local gallery and unused credits. Copies you saved separately to your photo library are not removed.

Records we retain

Anonymous transaction references are retained to prevent the same purchase being redeemed again. Transaction and accounting records are retained for six years after the relevant financial year, as described in our Privacy Policy. Technical logs are retained for up to 30 days. Account data and associated photos and results are removed within 30 days of a verified closure request.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Before deleting your account, cancel any active subscription in your store's subscription settings to prevent future renewals.
